19th Century Antique Gaudy Dutch Oyster Pattern Hand Painted Teapot. Measures roughly 5.75" tall x 9.5" spout to handle x 5" wide, with an inset lid with rectangular "X" design. Underside has "X" Impressed as its maker's mark. There's a 2.25" hairline on underside to side of base, and there was a clean break, at one point, to the underside tip of spout, which was repaired with glue. Sold as pictured.
