A sweet and petite collar pin that features an array of spring color in the graceful, fluid design of Art Nouveau (1890-1910). Graduated shades of yellow blend into green on the foliage and the white irises are accented with lavender and purple. The pin measures 1 1/4" wide x 3/4" tall. Marked on the reverse "Sterling" and weighs 4.7 grams. It's finished off with a C-clasp. There is a VERY shallow chip on the far right leaf and a couple of tiny surface nicks the lower center of the pin, but no discoloration. I didn't even notice them until I looked through a loupe, so the flaws don't affect the original design. Even with the described flaws, I consider the pin to be in very nice antique condition.
