This is Japanese brand Alice and the Pirates, Antique Doll Shirt Dress op (overdress). It's a beautiful natural green color that is rare in lolita fashion! But still easy to coord with the cream colored details. It unbuttons all the way to the bottom and has a detachable frill collar.
