LEGO Creator Winter Holiday Train Set 10254. This set is being sold AS-IS due to missing pieces. No tracks are included. The front caboose lantern and the coal shoveling guy's shovel are missing. The bench scene with two people and gifts is missing original pieces (recreated with LEGO from our collection). There may be other minor pieces missing.
Despite missing track, the train can be driven on surfaces. The hitches swivel and the tree rotates. Condition is listed as good, considering functionality. This model retails for nearly $600 on Amazon. Open to offers.
**UPDATE:** The second lantern has been found!
