Features a ‘Boro’ inspired patchwork of vintage Japanese handwoven Shima and Katazome cloths, hand-dyed plain indigo handweave, Maekake tape bound top edge, and a base made from military surplus tent canvas. Heavy calico lining with an inside utility pocket and accessory loops. 25mm vegetable-tanned split cowhide leather straps with copper rivets. Brass 5¥ coin on strap. Bag measures 15”x16”x3” (38x41x10cm). Straps are 30” long (76cm). All cloth is 100% cotton. Leather is vegetable-tanned cowhide split. All rivets are two-piece solid copper, hammered.
