One-of-a-Kind "Barbie Fashionistas" Doll by Mattel. This doll is being sold in used, displayed, as-is condition. She has received a full facial repaint and rerooted hair by a professional doll artist.
Please Note: her hair is different from regular Barbie hair. The hair used has more of a plastic feel (I believe it may be polypropylene hair that is more difficult style). Her body shows some manufacturing marks.
